Babywearing hack for hair-pullers.

Wearing your older baby or toddler on your back makes life much easier but little hands like to explore whatever is in reach: trading fingers up your nose for hands grasping your hair doesn't seem an improvement!

If you have any silicone teething necklaces designed for chewing, which a designed with a breakaway clasp, put them to work by turning them to the back for your child to fiddle with and chew. And to prevent them pulling the cord tight against your throat, position your chest strap through the cord to act as a brake.

Always monitor your baby while playing and reposition or remove if they fall asleep. Clip-on mirrors designed for #babywearing are available or use your phone camera to peep over your shoulder.
